Please join WCT National Chapter Region for their virtual season opener of the 2022 season on October 7, 2021 at 6:30 pm. After the last year and a half of uncertainty we want to celebrate everyone’s ability to persevere (grit), be able to get back up after each knockdown/lockdown (resilience) and take the time you need to take a break and recharge (grace).

The past two years have hit us hard. From the growing Shecession to having our worlds flipped upside down, women across Canada have shown unprecedented grit, resilience and grace throughout the pandemic. We want to celebrate what we have achieved, share our lessons learned and build strength for the challenges of 2022.

Elizabeth Rhodenizer Director General of Shared Services

Elizabeth Rhodenizer has been honored as one of Canada’s Top Women in Cyber Security in 2020 and spent 17 years focusing on cyber security and critical infrastructure protection in the public and private sectors. 

Celina Ceasar-Chavannes Author of Can You Hear Me Now?

Currently a senior advisor and adjunct lecturer on equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives, Celina published "Can you hear me now?: How I found my voice and learned to Live with Passion and Purpose" in 2021. It takes you on a journey from her childhood to her life as a young black woman entrepreneur culminating with her stint in politicis revealing mistakes, vulnerabilities, grit and resilience along the way.

Komal Minhas Founder of Karseva Co. and Host of Lessons Learned

As a resilience educator, Komal trains individuals in her virtual programs to better understand their own strengths and capacity as they work to transform the systems we live in.
