Showcasing Women’s Courage and Authenticity in Leadership

From articles and books, to podcasts and LinkedIn courses, there has been an undeniable explosion of interest in the topic of vulnerability in leadership in recent years. Hailed as the new essential skill that successful leaders must cultivate, vulnerability comes with its own set of important considerations, especially when it comes to the experience of women leaders.

Although the workforce continues to change, organizations and individuals can struggle to shift away from outdated norms around what makes a good leader. How then, can today's leaders embrace vulnerability, show up in new courageous ways, and inspire others to follow?

Join WCT and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for an enlightening and honest conversation with four women in leadership at AWS, as they share their insights on the role of vulnerability in the workplace and their personal experiences with showing up courageously and authentically.

Following the discussion, you’ll have an opportunity to network with members of the AWS team and fellow attendees and share your thoughts and experiences over light refreshments.
