This workshop will enable you to feel confident in asking for the compensation you deserve. We cover everything from how to navigate asking your manager for more money, to what you should be looking for before signing a new employment contract. We leave time for group discussion and Q&A to ensure all your questions are answered. This workshop is led by Jillian Climie, who has spent her career in executive compensation, most recently leading the equity compensation and executive compensation teams at Lululemon.

Land Acknowledgement

Women in Communications and Technology acknowledges that our offices and work, located in Ottawa, are on the unceded, unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation whose presence here reaches back to time immemorial.

We also recognize that the work of our Regional Chapters is carried out on traditional territory of First Nation, Inuit and Métis peoples from coast to coast. We are thankful that we are able to work and collaborate on these lands.
