The Importance of the Mentor-Mentee Relationship

The Importance of the Mentor-Mentee Relationship. A fireside chat with Tash Jefferies and Chantal Brine.

Having a strong mentor at any stage of your career can empower you to reach key milestones. From introductions to key players, to providing advice and lessons learned, mentors are an undeniable asset to all individuals in the workforce and can be particularly advantageous for women trying to grow their careers.

The flip side is that being a mentor to a business professional provides experienced individuals with the opportunity to nurture the growth and success of the next generation of leaders.

Join Tash Jefferies and Chantal Brine for a discussion around the importance of the mentor-mentee relationship.
